What is Decontral?
Decontral is a cream made from natural ingredients that penetrate the ranks and working in a synergistic manner by stimulating cells to produce new collagen to repair cartilage. This in turn preserves bone ends and protect them from rubbing against each other, which also means a cessation of pain.
It is one of the latest health breakthroughs, that will finally stop the deterioration of the joint and allow the cartilage to repair itself, with instant relief of the pain. It’s the result of three years of research and clinical trials.
It’s a cream made up of natural herbal ingredients that will penetrate right through the joint and work in a synergistic way, stimulating the cells to allow them to produce new collagen that will repair the cartilage, which will cushion and cover the ends of the bones to keep them from rubbing together. This will provide instant relief of the pain.
Extracts of cactus and consoud are mixed together with an excipient that will allow them to penetrate the skin deep enough to reach the affected area. Thus they will lubricate the joints and rebuild damaged cartilage, stopping the pain and allowing a greater range of movement.
Decontral is registered and marketed in Middle east and EU.
– α-Pinene: has the effect of Anti-inflammatory and Chondroprotective Activity. Pinene has the ability to modulate inflammation and extracellular matrix remodeling in human chondrocytes and to correlate the biological and chemical properties. At noncytotoxic concentrations, (+)-α-pinene (1) elicited the most potent inhibition of the IL-1β-induced inflammatory and catabolic pathways, namely, NF-κB and JNK activation and the expression of the inflammatory (iNOS) thus, its ability to halt or, at least, slow down cartilage destruction and osteoarthritis progression . It is found in the oils of many species of many coniferous trees, notably the pine. (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24455984).
– Chrysophanic acid: (Chrysophanol) is a member of the anthraquinone family and it inhibits the production of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-a, interleukin (IL)-6 and the expression of cyclooxygenase (COX)-2 levels induced by LPS. These results provide novel insights into the pharmacological actions of chrysophanol as a potential molecule for use in the treatment of inflammatory diseases. “http://www.mdpi.com/1420-3049/15/9/6436” .
– Allantoin: is a botanical extract of the comfrey plant and is used for its healing, soothing, and anti-irritating properties. Allantoin helps to heal wounds and skin irritations and stimulate growth of healthy tissue.
Definition of Arthrosis
Arthrosis is a degenerative disease that will affect the joint. The problem is a breakdown of the cartilage. Two out of every three people over the age of 35 have arthrosis.
What is cartilage
The joint is where two bones meet. It’s protected by the cartilage, which is the tissue that cushions and covers the ends of the bones to keep them from rubbing together.
Cartilage is the key to pain-free movement. A successful arthritis treatment begins by repairing the cartilage. However, the most common treatment involves temporary pain relief and inflammation reduction without regard to joint health, through non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs called NSAIDs, and painkillers.
Serious side effects of common treatment
Many people take painkillers or NSAIDs without prescription, and can abuse them. Serious effects to the liver are caused by painkillers. And harsh effects to the stomach, with ulcer and occasional bleeding, and renal failure can be caused by NSAIDs, beside preventing cartilage growth and repair, thus speeding up the progression of osteoarthritis.
