The Mag2 24H tablet provides the necessary dose of magnesium, vitamin B6 and B12 for the whole day in a single dose. Its dual-layer technology allows for a gradual release of magnesium into the body for better assimilation.

Magnesium and vitamin B6 help reduce fatigue and contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium also contributes to normal muscle function.

Vitamin B12 is essential for the proper functioning of the body.
Up to 39% of the population does not meet its vitamin B12 needs, including meat eaters. This is because this vitamin is obtained by eating foods of animal origin, but due to poor assimilation of this vitamin, we are all affected. People who eat a vegetarian or vegan diet and those who have reduced their consumption of animal foods have an even greater need.

The bilayer technology
Layer 1: release of vitamin B6, B12 and 150 mg magnesium for immediate availability

Layer 2: on contact with liquids, formation of a matrix around the remaining 150 mg of magnesium which will diffuse progressively and steadily over time

Directions for use:
Adults and adolescents.
1 tablet per day to be swallowed with a glass of water, preferably during a meal.
To be taken over a period of one and a half months, to be repeated if necessary.
Precautions for use :
Do not take Mag2 24H in case of severe renal insufficiency or allergy to any of the components contained in Mag2 24H.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Excessive consumption may result in laxative effects.
