Application: Clean the area with water. Remove the strip from the protective tape. Make sure your nose is wet otherwise it is not sticking very well. Apply the shiny part of the strip to your skin, and press down. Wait for 10 to 15 min until it dries. After the strip dries, slowly remove it from your nose.
