Montana – Oak Honey -Asal Sindyen from Lebanon 1Kg

Oak honey comes from the acorns of the oak tree. The bees collect a sweet nectar that the acorns weep in July and August and create a unique type of honey.
This particular oak honey is dark in colour.
Oak honey is good to use in recipes such as cakes, cookies, desert toppings, warm honey teas, and meat glazes, this is because of the deep balsamic flavour notes.

Please know that raw honey does crystalise and this is a natural process that occurs mainly due to the natural glucose in raw honey.
