The standardized extract of cranberry present in this food supplement contains proanthocyanidins (PACs) which are compounds with indirect action, because they inhibit the ability of pathogens to adhere to and proliferate in intestinal epithelial cells. Cranberries contain:
Hippuric Acid, and Proanthocyanidins.
