Indigenous wild sumac is harvested from the hills of Mount Lebanon, sundried for 2 weeks in the early fall before being packaged. Use this delicious seasoning in dry rubs, marinades, and dressing or sprinkle over chicken, lamb, fish or vegetables before serving.
