Mymoune Apricot Preserve 350g

Made from unirrigated local apricots characterized by their intense aroma and flavor. The fruit is picked when perfectly ripe, pitted and cooked whole in small uncovered batches preserving their aroma, rich color and vitamins. Fruit content: 73%, no citric acid or any other food additives are used.

Makes a delicious filling or topping for tarts and other pastries.
