Please note that Mizuna is a heat-sensitive plant and grows best when the temperature is between 64 to 72 ?F (18 to 22?C). Higher temperatures inhibit germination and promote bolting.
You may start harvesting single leaves approximately three to four weeks after planting. Alternatively, harvest the whole plant after five weeks of growth – it’s up to you.
Mizuna is a fast-growing plant pod. If it ages more than six weeks, it may lose some of its nutritional value and signature flavor.
No need to thin, allow all seedlings to thrive!
